To place an order, simply select the products you want to purchase, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You will be prompted to provide your contact information and select a delivery address. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with your order details.
We accept payment by M-Pesa and Visa.
We deliver our products to customers in Kenya, in accordance with our delivery policy. We offer free delivery on orders over KES 5,000, and a flat rate of KES 300 for orders under KES 5,000. We use a combination of our own delivery drivers and third-party shipping carriers to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Please note that we do not deliver to PO boxes.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the availability of the products you ordered. Generally, orders are delivered within 2-5 business days. However, please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
Yes, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 12pm on weekdays. Same-day delivery is subject to availability and may not be available in all areas.
Yes, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your delivery on our website or on the website of the shipping carrier.
Our delivery drivers will attempt to deliver your order to the address provided. If you are not available to receive the delivery, our driver will leave a delivery notice with instructions on how to reschedule the delivery or collect your order from a designated pickup point.
Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been confirmed. However, if you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you.
We strive to ensure that all of our products meet our customers' expectations. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Please note that we cannot accept returns of opened bottles or products that have been consumed.
